Michael Tate serves as Director for the Board of Directors of the Four Winds Ventures, LLC. He has 14 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industries.

Mr. Tate is also Director of Purchasing and Logistics for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi’s Four Winds Casinos. He is also a citizen of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians of Michigan and Indiana.

Mr. Tate joined Four Winds Casinos in 2011 and during his tenure held successive roles of increasing responsibility including Assistant Property Shift Manager, Property Shift Manager, Director of Hotel Operations, and Director of Purchasing.

Mr. Tate also serves as a board member of the Food Sovereignty Committee for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi.
